Clients receive world class support, from the migration from their legacy CRM platform to ongoing day-to-day training and troubleshooting.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWelcomeHome is looking for Senior Ruby on Rails Engineers excited about building user-friendly software solutions. This role is fully remote (based in the U.S.), will report to our VP of Engineering (based in Las Vegas), and play an integral role in product development and have the opportunity to impact several areas of the business.\n\nTech Stack\n\nBackend: Ruby on Rails 8 / Ruby 3.3 (currently upgrading to Ruby 4)\n\nFrontend: Haml, Stimulus, minimal React (where it earns its place)\n\nTesting: Minitest + Capybara, TDD throughout\n\nData/Async: PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq\n\nInfrastructure: AWS (Aurora, S3, EC2) via Cloud66\n\nAI: Pi, Codex, and Claude Code used in the daily dev workflow\n\nA great candidate might have:\n\nDeep experience with Ruby on Rails\n\n5+ years software engineering experience\n\nPassion for building high quality software focused on the user experience\n\nAbility to take ownership and work well with others\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently to problem solve and offer solutions\n\nExperience using Claude Code (or comparable AI tools) as part of your daily development workflow\n\nPrior experience in a growth stage company or start-up\n\nWhat You'll Get\n\nWelcomeHome values all of its employees and strives to provide a competitive compensation package.
