They need to be driven and looking to continue to expand and develop their program reporting. ERP experience, specifically Syteline is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Syteline experience (V. 7-10), at least 3-5 years Mongoose development experience is a plus, and 5 year of SQL experience. It is a plus if candidate has an extensive background in Syteline reporting and have gone thru several implementations. The successful candidate will be the liaison between Syteline and the employees communicating and training employees how to use Syteline. In addition, develop Standard Operating Procedures for employees. This position facilitates and implements our Syteline System.\nOther Duties/Expectations:\nSystems Strategies Responsibilities:\nDevelop, analyze, and maintain the organizations networks and databases including Enterprise resource planning. This position looks after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plans proper budget and quotations for the systems.\nMUST have ERP Syteline reporting, or other comparable software experience in a manufacturing environment as well as gone thru several implementations\nMust have experience implementing Doc-Track, Shop-Track, and Factory-Track.\nAnalyze current information systems, perform risk management assessments, and propose changes to better the organizations IT infrastructure.\nAct as a technology consultant to business managers, perform gap analysis to determine required changes to the systems of the organization, create and test scenarios, and design and implement solutions.\nMust have experience creating custom reports, design new form , and customize logic for ERP systems.\nMust be skilled in customizations, implantations, configurations, along with end-user training and support.\nKnowledgeable in development of ERP ecosystems.\nDevelop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization\nLook after the maintenance of the computer systems and troubleshoot and fix IT problems as they arise.\nManaging outside consultants as well as managing their time.\nTraining Responsibilities:\nProvide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in the implementation and maintenance of the software systems.\nTrain the employees in using information systems and help them understand the configuration of the systems.\nQualifications\nEducation/Experience Requirements:\nBachelors degree in related field\nExpertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software\nSyteline experience (5 -
