WeldFit, the position of Extrusion/Press Operator is responsible for the manufacture of extrusions and round-up pressing for extrusions, maintain, maintenance and equipment for productivity and safety by performing the duties and responsibilities below.\nOther Duties / Expectations:\nSafetyLearn all safety precautions with regards to safe oppress operation including heating extrusions and rounding up various extruded products.\nWork and think safety at all times.\nResponds to verbal or written instructions for safety and security calls regarding machinery.\n\nRecordsRecords all inspections, tests and repairs on preventive maintenance stickers.\nRecords written recommendations on improvements to reduce setup time and run time.\n\nTools/InstallationMust have basic hand tools.\nBe proficient in measuring devices tape, level, and gauges.\nInstalls special functional and structural parts and equipment.\n\nInspectsInspects damage parts, determines nature of repair and uses repair tools to rework or refurbish worn or damaged parts.\nInspects, tests, and adjusts all systems, machinery and equipment on a regular basis.\nPerforms checks and balances on machines to assure the proper functioning.\n\nConstructingReassembles equipment and tests performance as needed\nBasic understanding of hydraulics and hydraulic systems\n\nMiscellaneousPerforms other related duties as assigned\nMust be able to work overtime and weekends with minimum notice.\nDaily operation and maintenance of presses.\n\nQualifications\nExperience Levels:\nOver a year, up to about 3 years of general experience / equivalent competence level on various machine operations.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend and climb\nCapability of lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis\nHigh Level of manual dexterity\nEducation/Experience Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nEducation/Experience Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nPrior experience in
