This role will play a critical part in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has advanced Excel skills, and can effectively communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nResponsibility\nExpectation/Measurement\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning\nPrepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership\nAnalyze operational and financial performance, including revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and service profitability\nPartner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep financial analysis\nAssist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and performance tracking\nDrive process improvements and automation in reporting and data management\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy across financial systems and reporting tools\nPrepare presentations and summaries for executive leadership\nCreate standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards\nQualifications\nEducation/Experience Requirement:\nBachelors business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related analytical fieldMBA, and M&A experience is a plus\n4+ years’ financial analysis experience in services and or manufacturing \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)\nPrior Manufacturing hands on working experience \nStrong quantitative and analytical competency \nProven track record of consistent data accuracy\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to translate complex financial information into clear insights for diverse audiences\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to present data in a clear/concise visual manner\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with executive level management\nStrong knowledge of forecasting/modeling in Excel\nMust demonstrate excellent PowerPoint presentation skills\nResults-oriented, problem solver, energetic, and dynamic individual with hands-on mentality\nProficient with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint and Data visualization\nExcellent analytical skills (previous modeling skills).
