In this role, you will design and customize pressure-containing equipment and mechanical systemsfor a range of industrial applications.\nThis is a hands-on engineering position where your designs are not just theoretical-you’ll see them built, tested, and used in real-world environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and modify pressure-containing equipment and mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks\nInterpret customer specifications, datasheets, and industry requirements to develop compliant design solutions\nPerform engineering calculations (pressure design, stress analysis, tolerances, material selection)\nEnsure designs meet applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME, PED, IECEx, CRN)\nCreate and release detailed drawings, models, routers, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)\nSupport product testing, certification, and technical documentation\nCollaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams\nApply design for manufacturability (DFM)principles to improve production efficiency\nTroubleshoot design issues and contribute to continuous product improvement\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering(ABET-accredited)\nStrong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software\nFamiliar with ASME codesand pressure-containing equipment design\nUnderstanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes\nStrong attention to detail with a proactive, ownership mindset\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years of mechanical design experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial manufacturing\nExperience with:\nValves, regulators, or pressure control equipment\n\nInstrumentation or electrical components\nEngineering calculations \nValidating designs\n\nFamiliarity with
