This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating accurate 3D models and technical drawings while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring designs to life.\nYou will be responsible for developing production-ready documentation, supporting product modifications, and ensuring designs meet customer requirements and manufacturing standards.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work on products that move from concept to production in a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawingsusing SolidWorks\nDevelop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and engineering documentation\nInterpret customer requirements, specifications, and engineering instructions\nRevise existing designs and drawings to support product improvements and custom applications\nGenerate manufacturing-ready drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications\nCollaborate with engineers, machinists, assemblers, and sales teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable\nUtilize ERP systems to release and maintain engineering data\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field\n2+ years of experience creating mechanical designs and technical drawings\nProficiency in SolidWorksor similar 3D CAD software\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, or oil and gas environment\nFamiliarity with machining, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing processes\nExperience managing BOMs and engineering documentation within an ERP system\nExperience supporting custom-engineered products\nWhy
