You will play a critical role in supporting sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, quote followups, and helping our external sales representatives succeed.\nIf you're a strong communicator with excellent follow-through who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, this position may be the perfect fit.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide ongoing support for existing customer accounts and assist with new customer inquiries\nRespond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner\nPartner with Sales team members on custom, modified, or specialized product opportunities\nCommunicate updates regarding open quotes, customer requests, and sales opportunities\nMaintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity updates within CRM and ERP systems\nContact external Welker sales representatives to strengthen relationships, identify product training needs, and support revenue growth initiatives\nCoordinate training opportunities and communicate new product information to representative partners\nMonitor sales opportunities and provide follow-up support to help advance opportunities through the sales process\nSupport additional sales and administrative activities as needed\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nCustomer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious customer service, inside sales, sales support, or administrative experience\nExperience working with CRM or ERP
