From product launches and marketing campaigns to market analysis and brand strategy, you will discover what it takes to build and grow a successful beauty brand.\nWe are looking for someone curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry and the ambition to build a career in marketing.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nBrand Management: Support the development and execution of OPI's marketing plans, ensuring consistency with the brand's positioning and objectives.\n\nProduct Launches: Contribute to the preparation and coordination of new product launches, marketing campaigns and brand activations.\n\nMarket & Consumer Insights: Monitor beauty trends, competitors and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and support marketing decisions.\n\nBusiness Analysis: Support the analysis of sales performance, marketing initiatives and key business indicators.\n\nMarketing Coordination: Collaborate with local markets, agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.\n\nBrand Presentations: Prepare marketing presentations, product information and business updates for internal stakeholders.\n\nProject Management: Support the coordination of marketing calendars, timelines and deliverables across different projects.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nCurrently pursuing a degree or master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.\n\nA genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and brands, with a strong interest in building a career in marketing.\n\nFluent Spanish and a good level of English. French would be a strong advantage, given the international scope of the role and the location of the manager.\n\nComfortable using Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in developing analytical and business skills.\n\nCurious, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.\n\nWell-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage different projects simultaneously.\n\nStrong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different countries.\n\nA positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to contribute ideas.\n\nPrevious experience in marketing is a plus, but not essential.
