You will manage and develop an established portfolio of salon customers while proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities. This is a field-based commercial role for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering results.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage and develop an established portfolio of approximately 118 buying customers, representing around NOK 12 million in net sales.\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with salon customers across the territory.\nIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts through the Wella portfolio.\nProactively prospect, approach and develop new salon customers across the territory.\nDeliver against an annual target of at least 10 new customer acquisitions.\nPlan and prioritize customer visits and commercial activities effectively across the territory.\nUnderstand customers’ business needs and identify opportunities where Wella products and solutions can support their growth.\nTake ownership of the performance and continued development of the assigned territory.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEssential:\nStrong motivation to develop and grow business, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, organize priorities and manage a field-based territory.\nProfessional hair/beauty industry experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong B2B field sales experience from other industries will also be considered.\nAbility and motivation to both develop existing customer relationships and proactively win new business.\nDesirable\nPrevious experience working within the professional hair or salon industry.\nPrevious B2B field sales, account management or business development experience.\nUnderstanding of the professional salon environment and its commercial drivers.\nExperience working with sales targets and growing a customer portfolio.\nEEO OPPORTUNITIES\nWe offer equal employment opportunity to qualified individuals without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, gender,disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
