You will also play an important role in developing the team and strengthening the area’s analytical, business partnering, and financial management capabilities.\nHow You’ll Drive Results\nLead the Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) process for the Retail Hair division, developing analyses, governance, and financial recommendations to support decisions related to pricing, portfolio, mix, price architecture, trade terms, commercial investments, and profitability.\nAct as the main Commercial Finance Business Partner for the division, connecting Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Tax, and Finance teams in performance discussions and decision-making.\nLead the Price Increase (PI) process, coordinating financial analyses, assumptions, scenario planning, governance, implementation, and performance tracking in partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.\nEnsure the accuracy and consistency of pricing, discounts, taxes, commercial investments, and other financial assumptions that impact gross sales, net revenue, margins, and P&L.\nPrepare, review, and challenge business cases and P&Ls for commercial initiatives, negotiations, and strategic projects, ensuring financial consistency and alignment with company targets.\nConduct profitability, pricing, mix, discount, and trade spend analyses, monitoring value capture from implemented initiatives and providing executive visibility into the division’s key performance drivers.\nPerform post-audits of commercial initiatives, including pricing, discounts, promotions, and other SRM actions. Compare actual results against the original business case, identify variances, capture key learnings, and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport planning cycles, forecasting, monthly closing, and performance reviews, ensuring timely and consistent deliverables aligned with business priorities.\nLead, coach, and develop the Senior Analyst within the team, ensuring clear priorities, high-quality deliverables, technical development, and effective stakeholder collaboration.\nDrive process improvements, automation, standardization, and performance indicators to enhance the efficiency, governance, and quality of SRM analyses.\nPrepare executive materials and financial presentations, translating quantitative analyses into clear and actionable business recommendations.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in Finance, Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, Pricing, or Revenue Management.\nStrong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect commercial decisions to financial results.\nStrong analytical capabilities and experience in preparing business cases and financial feasibility analyses.\nExperience in performance management, including KPIs, profitability, margins, and P&L analysis.\nAbility to act as a trusted Business Partner, influence stakeholders, and promote cross-functional collaboration.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analyses into clear executive recommendations.\nPrevious experience leading and developing people.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExperience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.\nAdvanced English is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPostgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in consumer goods, retail, or Strategic Revenue Management.\nKnowledge of process automation and analytics tools.\nIntermediate or advanced Spanish.\nWhat Makes Us Iconic?\nTogether, WE enable individuals to look, feel, and be their true selves.\nWella Company is one of the world’s leading beauty companies, comprised of a family of iconic brands such as Wella Professionals, Clairol, OPI, Nioxin, and ghd.
