By combining data analysis, system expertise and structured problem solving, you will help transform inventory discrepancies into actionable insights, corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.\nWHY THIS ROLE MATTERS\nAccurate inventory is essential to customer service, financial control and efficient supply-chain execution.\nIn this role, you will transform inventory discrepancies into insights, root causes into solutions and operational challenges into measurable process improvements. Your work will directly influence inventory reliability, operational efficiency and the quality of business decisions across the supply chain.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nPerform and document daily reconciliation between third-party warehouse management systems and Wella SAP/ERP, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.\nMonitor inventory issues and IDoc flows, investigate incorrect or delayed transactions, determine root causes and track corrective actions to closure.\nProactively investigate master-data accuracy and system issues; escalate to the appropriate teams and track actions to closure\nMaintain inventory record accuracy (IRA/V-IRA) through accurate reporting, discrepancy analysis and continuous improvement actions.\nControl stock movements, transfer postings and adjustments, ensuring cycle-count results and other inventory corrections are accurately reflected in SAP and supported by evidence.\nAnalyze inventory gains and losses, damaged, obsolete, blocked stock and significant stock fluctuations; identify risks and coordinate resolution plans.\nMonitor product freshness, allocation and stock status, including last-selling-date requirements, extensions, blocked stock, incorrect batches, returns and adjustments.\nEnsure inventory booking and goods movements follow approved procedures, FIFO/FEFO principles, quality requirements and relevant stock-status rules.\nMonitor replenishment plans, inbound discrepancies and open-in-transit deliveries, align changes with stakeholders and drive timely closure.\nSupport product customization and related system transactions, ensuring correct stock movements and inventory records throughout the process.\nPrepare accurate inventory KPI reporting and maintain a transparent action tracker for inventory risks, recurring issues and improvement opportunities, supported by reliable data and evidence.\nEnsure inventory management activities comply with Wella SOX controls and maintain complete, in time, accurate and audit-ready supporting documentation.\nPartner with distribution centres, 3PLs, IT, Master Data, Quality and other Wella teams to resolve system and process issues and improve inventory accuracy, data quality and operational reliability.\nProvide additional analysis on request to drive efficiencies.\nWHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.\nAt least 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehousing or supply-chain operations.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, solve complex problems and translate findings into effective corrective actions.\nHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.\nPractical SAP knowledge and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems;\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with operational data and KPI reporting.\nVery good written and spoken English, with clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.\nProactive, collaborative and solution-focused working style, with the confidence to escalate risks and follow actions through to closure.\nFlexibility to travel when required.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nAt the heart of our company is a commitment to nurturing growth, health, and happiness.
