As part of the R&D team, reporting to your Manager, you will create landscaping overviews, new demo ideas and support the preparation of hair samples in the lab and even conduct tests yourself, documenting your work in forms of protocols and preparing the results into presentations. The job is based in Darmstadt and requires presence on site.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nIdeation & creation of visual and sensorial demonstration of product performance\nCreation of short videos and editing\nPreparation of substrate/hair for measurements\nBasic product performance testing with analytical lab methods (i.e. pH, viscosity, density, appearance)\nExecution & documentation of measurements and experiments\nAnalysis and summary of the results\nCreation of protocols & presentations\nLandscape analysis\nAdministrative support\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for a student with creativity to develop new demo ideas and diligence to document all procedures. Technical savviness will be helpful for the recording and editing of the videos and passion for hair care will also be beneficial. Ideally experience with working in a lab. The candidate needs to be fluent in English. German is helpful, but not necessary.\nOngoing scientific studies\nCreative thinking to come up & express new ideas for demonstrating product performance and processes, etc.\nProficient in data analysis and management\nDiligent, organized and structured working approach & the ability to work independently in a reliable and careful way, “hands-on” mentality\nGood practical laboratory skills.
