As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be a key part of the team’s success by providing valuable collaboration with the HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, and other human capital functions. The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent. This role includes conducting market analysis, evaluating pay equity, and ensuring the organization's compensation practices are competitive and fair. The analyst will also focus on aligning compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives while maintaining market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance withrelevant laws and regulations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide support for the annual Pay administration process, providing key insights and analysis\nMarket price jobs, assign pay grades, and partner with HR to make strategic compensation recommendations\nParticipate in outside consultant annual compensation surveys by gathering, analyzing and submitting compensation data\nSupport the administration of incentive compensation programs, including tracking participants, calculating payouts, and developing communications materials \nConduct internal pay equity reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness\nProvide analyses to Finance for budgeting and forecasting, as it relates to Total Rewards programs\nAdminister and maintain job, structure, compensation, and benefit data in Dayforce\nSupport the administration of benefits programs including health and welfare, COBRA, leave of absence, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations\nReview, reconcile, and audit all benefits program participation, including vendor invoice reconciliation\nDrive process improvements in benefits administration\nProvide support for annual benefits renewals, open enrollment, and compliance filings\nProvide exceptional customer service in support of our employees, addressing their compensation and benefits inquiries with clarity and professionalism\nJob Requirements\nEducational/Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Finance, or another related field\n2+ years’ compensation experience\nBenefits administration experience is a big plus\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge of compensation and benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA\nStrong analytical skills with experience handling complex financial and process data\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets)\nThe ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally with HR and leadership\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nExperience utilizing HR systems, such as Dayforce\nHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness\nDemonstrated organizational and time management skills\nProven ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a high-volume environment\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills\nDemonstrated ability to maintain confidential information\nSupervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities\nTravel requirements: Minimal travel may be required\nWork Conditions: This position will work in a variety of settings, e.g. office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Requires prolonged sitting.
