With strong organizational and time management abilities, this individual provides operational expertise to market leadership, supports execution of P&L goals, and serves as a subject matter expert and guide to peers and teams across the enterprise.\nSalary Range: $110,000 - $175,088\nJob Description\nDyad partner to the CMD bringing together operational and clinical excellence to lead the community.\nWork collaboratively across the business to define, optimize, and evolve standard operating procedures and business process standardization across the enterprise\nWork with system/technology end-users to develop optimal system workflows to enable desired business process; Identify and implement cross-functional process improvements\nDocument operational policies and procedures\nWorking collaboratively with Product leadership, leverage understanding of business process to participate in future requirements gathering for system or operational enhancements or selection, across the enterprise\nCollaborate with Product, Technology and Clinical leadership to optimize and maximize use of selected technology\nLead, persuade, influence, and negotiate with respect to market operations, as well as within Operations Department and among other supporting departments\nUnderstand and foresee enterprise/company implications of subtle detail changes\nTrack issues/risks and follow through on resolution with departmental leads; Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully to internal and external stakeholders\nPossess highly effective time management and organizational skills to independently manage self to achieve multiple objectives and meet deadlines\nWork and collaborate effectively within a team environment; Contribute to organization’s growth and profitability by providing operational expertise to market leadership\nServe in a leadership role, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and direction to team and peers.\nFor P&L, remains consulted and informed and is responsible for executing against the goals and targets.\nJob Requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but candidates may be considered with 7-10 years' work experience in healthcare operations (physician practice and/or home health operations preferred)\nExperience: Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) technology systems required; Previous supervisory experience required; Experience with process improvement and lean six sigma methodologies required; Experience with use of various software packages, such as MS Office, including MS Visio required; Must have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills\nSkills: Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) technology systems required; Previous supervisory experience required; Experience with process improvement and lean six sigma methodologies required; Experience with use of various software packages, such as MS Office, including MS Visio required; Must have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.\nPhysical and Mental Requirements\n- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.\n- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods.\n- Visual acuity and fine motor skills.\n- Ability to travel to locations as needed.\nTravel: up to 25% required (overnight)\nWork Environment: Hybrid\nPay Range:\nMIN - $124,000\nMID - $160,000\nMAX - $195,300\nBonus: 20%\nSponsorship Statement\nWellBe does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship for this position.
