With strong organizational and time management abilities, this individual provides operational expertise to market leadership, supports execution of P&L goals, and serves as a subject matter expert and guide to peers and teams across the enterprise.\nSalary Range: $110,001 - $175,088\nJob Description\nDyad partner to the CMD bringing together operational and clinical excellence to lead the community.\nWork collaboratively across the business to define, optimize, and evolve standard operating procedures and business process standardization across the enterprise\nWork with system/technology end-users to develop optimal system workflows to enable desired business process; Identify and implement cross-functional process improvements\nDocument operational policies and procedures\nWorking collaboratively with Product leadership, leverage understanding of business process to participate in future requirements gathering for system or operational enhancements or selection, across the enterprise\nCollaborate with Product, Technology and Clinical leadership to optimize and maximize use of selected technology\nLead, persuade, influence, and negotiate with respect to market operations, as well as within Operations Department and among other supporting departments\nUnderstand and foresee enterprise/company implications of subtle detail changes\nTrack issues/risks and follow through on resolution with departmental leads; Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully to internal and external stakeholders\nPossess highly effective time management and organizational skills to independently manage self to achieve multiple objectives and meet deadlines\nWork and collaborate effectively within a team environment; Contribute to organization’s growth and profitability by providing operational expertise to market leadership\nServe in a leadership role, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and direction to team and peers.\nFor P&L, remains consulted and informed and is responsible for executing against the goals and targets.\nJob Requirements\nMust Haves\nEducational/Experience Requirements:\nValid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Acute Care, Adult, or Adult/Gero.\nMaster’s Degree or higher (required)\nMinimum of 3-5+ years of direct people leadership/management experience (required)\nMinimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience\nPrevious experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics strongly preferred, other complex patient health care experience also beneficial.\nPrior start up experience (preferred) \nCPR certification (Required).\nDEA possession or eligibility\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nProficient with office software including Electronic Health Record, Scheduling Software and Ring Central Applications. \nMicrosoft Office experience \nTime management\nCommunity resource relationship building\nCross team collaboration\nTracking university contract affiliation agreements \nDelegation\nAdvocacy skills\nDeveloping and managing processes\nDeveloping standards\nSupervisory Responsibility: Directly oversees staff within an assigned geographical area.\nTravel Requirements:\nTravel requirements: Travel may be required up to 50% locally.\nWork Conditions:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a colleague to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
