The team turns information from Luminate 2.0, Luminate Heritage, our scheduling platform and partner systems into the reporting, analytics and data feeds the business runs on, including payer and Medicare Advantage reporting. You will translate business needs into technically executable data work, manage dependencies across source systems and external partners, drive migration and production-readiness plans, and ensure that data quality, reconciliation, security and compliance gates are met before release.\nJob Description\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead delivery of data projects such as pipelines, data warehouse or lakehouse work, migrations, interfaces, and reporting and BI builds\nRun intake and prioritization for Data team requests with business owners, and keep the backlog healthy\nWork with data engineers, analysts and business owners to define requirements, data definitions and acceptance criteria\nOwn the dependency map across Luminate Heritage, Luminate 2.0 and downstream consumers, assessing schema, lineage, interface, reporting and release impacts whenever source systems change\nPlan and track data validation, reconciliation and data-quality testing before anything reaches production\nCoordinate inbound and outbound data feeds with payers, partners and vendors, including formats, schedules and testing\nRun Scrum ceremonies for the Data team and track delivery against commitments\nReport status, risks and issues early and plainly; escalate with options, not just problems\nJob Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation and experience\nBS/BA in information systems, data analytics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience\n5+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading data-platform, pipeline, migration, integration or analytics delivery with engineering teams\n3+ years of healthcare technology experience preferred; equivalent experience delivering data platforms in regulated environments may be considered\nRequired skills and abilities\nTechnical fluency in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing or lakehouse architectures, data modeling and SQL, with the ability to challenge estimates, identify source-to-target dependencies, and evaluate validation and production-readiness plans with data engineers and analysts\nExperience with healthcare data such as claims, encounters, clinical, eligibility or risk adjustment data\nExperience running data migrations or reconciliations with clear validation sign-off\nAgile and Scrum delivery experience in Jira and Confluence\nThe ability to explain data issues and their business impact in plain language\nPreferred\nPMP certification\nScrum certification (CSM, PSM or similar)\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools\nCloud data platform experience (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks or similar)\nFamiliarity with HL7, FHIR, 834/837 EDI or CMS reporting requirements\nData governance experience\nPhysical and Mental Requirements\nAbility to stand/sit for extended periods.\nVisual acuity and fine motor skills.\nAbility to travel as needed.\nWork Environment\nSupervisory responsibility: None\nTravel: Local to national travel up to 10% of the time\n Work conditions: Primarily office or remote computer-based work; ability to use a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended period.\nPay range\n$73,080.00 - $146,160.00\nSponsorship Statement\nWellBe does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship for this position.
