Job Summary Job Summary The IT Project Manager, Data is embedded with WellBe’s Data team and owns delivery across its project portfolio. The team turns information from Luminate 2.0, Luminate Heritage, our scheduling platform and partner systems into the reporting, analytics and data feeds the business runs on, including payer and Medicare Advantage reporting. You will translate business needs into technically executable data work, manage dependencies across source systems and external partners, drive migration and production-readiness plans, and ensure that data quality, reconciliation, security and compliance gates are met before release. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead delivery of data projects such as pipelines, data warehouse or lakehouse work, migrations, interfaces, and reporting and BI builds Run intake and prioritization for Data team requests with business owners, and keep the backlog healthy Work with data engineers, analysts and business owners to define requirements, data definitions and acceptance criteria Own the dependency map across Luminate Heritage, Luminate 2.0 and downstream consumers, assessing schema, lineage, interface, reporting a
