You will lead a team of recruiters and oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including employment branding, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. You will partner closely with our Chief People Officer, HR Business Partners, and department leaders to provide talent insights and support strategic decisions.\nJob Description\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, driving strategic initiatives to build a best-in-class HR function \nLead and develop a team of 15 recruiters, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity \nDesign, implement, and document a clearly defined, end-to-end recruitment process to ensure consistency and efficiency \nDevelop and execute employment branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent \nCollaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with overall HR and business strategies \nImplement metrics and analytics to measure and improve recruitment performance \nDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process \nDevelop internal talent pipelines and succession planning strategies \nForecast hiring needs and work closely with leadership on workforce planning \nContinuously improve and innovate recruitment practices to stay ahead of industry trends \nJob Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred \n10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role \nHealthcare industry experience a plus, but not required \nStrong understanding of employment branding, recruitment marketing, and pipeline building \nProven track record of process improvement and implementing best practices in recruitment \nExperience with data-driven decision making and performance metrics in recruitment \nExperience with applicant tracking systems and HR technology, iCIMS and Dayforce preferred \nDemonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization \nCompensation: $150,800 - $190,000/year\nPhysical and Mental Requirements\nAbility to stand/sit for extended periods.\nVisual acuity and fine motor skills.\nWork Environment\nRemote\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time to various company markets \nSponsorship Statement\nWellBe does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship for this position.
