To achieve these goals, the team works closely with service providers, counterparties, systems vendors and key internal parties and carries out a number of critical tasks on a regular and ad hoc basis. Additionally, the team is involved in several continuous improvement initiatives aimed at making our operating model more efficient and cost effective, to deliver value to the Trust and to therefore support the overall mission.\nWe are looking for an Investment Data and Operations Analyst to join our team for a 12months fixed term contract\nWhere in Wellcome will I be working?\nYou will play an important role in maintaining the data and operational processes that underpin Wellcome’s investment activities. By supporting the team’s day-to-day requirements, you will help ensure investment operations run effectively and support the delivery of the team’s wider objectives.\nWhat will I be doing?\nYou'll oversee a broad range of investment operations, reporting and governance activities, working with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure Wellcome's portfolio is accurately managed, monitored and reported.\nOverseeing day-to-day investment operations and reconciliations, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.\nManaging operational activities across Wellcome's investment portfolio, working closely with external providers and internal stakeholders.\nMonitoring and reconciling investment cash flows, valuations and portfolio activity to maintain accurate records and effective funding of investment activity.\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with custodians, brokers and fund administrators to resolve issues and enhance operational effectiveness.\nCoordinating regulatory, compliance and governance activities to ensure Wellcome meets its reporting obligations.\nProducing and enhancing investment reports, dashboards and data insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement across the investment team.\nIs this job for me?\nThis could be a great opportunity if you have experience in investment operations within an investment management or financial services environment, and enjoy working with investment data, reporting and operational processes across a range of asset classes.
