You will be responsible for developing and implementing our People Systems strategy and overseeing the design, build, testing and maintenance of our systems. Your work will help make Wellcome the best place to work and support the delivery of our mission.\nWhat will I be doing?\nAs Product Manager (People Systems), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our HR systems, including Workday, to support effective processes and enhance the employee experience. In this role, you will:\nDevelop and implement the People Systems strategy, ensuring that our systems underpin the delivery of our People Strategy \nManage the People Systems roadmap and prioritisation process, ensuring that enhancements meet business and end-user needs; allocate resources; and oversee the implementation and embedding of change \nLead the discovery, design and build of configurations across all Workday modules-including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, Learning, Help, UK Payroll, Performance and Talent-and other supporting People Systems \nLead the day-to-day management of all People Systems, including resolving complex issues, maintaining robust data and security controls, and managing upgrades and audit processes \nWork with product owners across the People team to ensure that systems meet business needs, maximise functionality and enhance the user experience, while supporting product owners through system upgrades \nManage relationships with our system and application management service providers, ensuring that systems and services perform as expected \nLead the People Systems team, supporting team members’ development and helping to make the Wellcome People team the best place to work. \nYou can view the full job description on our website\nTo apply for this role please submit an up-to-date CV and answer 2 application\nquestions to demonstrate that you meet the minimum requirements for the role.
