Recognized as a Great Place to Work for the past five years and named to Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work 2026, as well as being an industry thought leader featured at SXSW and in the Wall Street Journal and Economist, we invite you to make a real difference in healthcare with us.\nJob Purpose\nAs a Business Analyst, you will need to be able to work closely with both internal and external customers to help WellDoc fulfill its mission of designing and delivering best in class mobile and digital health products.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with subject matter experts to elicit, evaluate and document business and clinical requirements\nResponsible for the research, analysis, documentation and validation of functional requirements\nLead formalized joint application development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders\nCollaborate with UI/UX team to define the user experience and create wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications.\nParticipate in Agile development activities to ensure quality, clarity, and transparency throughout delivery\nContribute to iteration planning meetings to determine release and sprint capacity, estimation, and velocity\nWrite epics and user stories to detail software design for onshore and offshore development teams, using multiple tools and artifacts as needed\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and diagrams to visually illustrate user needs\nLead user acceptance testing activities\nRequired Skills & Experience\nat least 3 years of analyst experience for a company with a health care focus.\nHealthcare domain knowledge a plus (note: health care not health insurance)\nExperience working with off shore teams\nUnderstands the basics of software development lifecycle methodologies\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Acrobat\nRequirement elicitation and analysis skills\nExperience in creating wireframes and prototypes\nDetail oriented and organized\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAble to work independently and in a team environment\nUnderstands web and mobile software development tools and methodologies\nWellDoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either prior experience working in those environments or, will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities.\nRequired Education\nBachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience\nCompensation & Benefits\nWelldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits .and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $120,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range.
