This is aRemote - Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.\nOur team is responsible for the Marketplace Value Management Systems, which optimize the value delivered through the marketplace for both users and clients while maintaining healthy margins for Wellhub. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.\nWHO YOU ARE\nAn engineer with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;\nExperienced in managing and mentoring multiple multidisciplinary teams of software engineers;\nExperienced in architecting large-scale multi-tier web applications;\nExperienced in designing and developing complex modern web applications;\nExperienced in Cloud-based architectures (AWS / GCP);\nExperienced in developing RESTful web services collaborating with front-end teams to create mocks, define payloads and follow the HTTP best practices;\nExperienced in applying computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis;\nExperienced in working with SQL/NoSQL technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB understanding common use cases and performance pitfalls\nYou're expected to perform management tasks such as mentoring, facilitating and conducting regular one-on-ones with the members of your team, making sure that they are constantly challenged, engaged, and improving their skills;\nProficient in one or more programming languages (Java/Ruby/Go/C++/etc.). Golang will be considered a plus;\nCommunication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams located in several countries with different cultures;\nYou need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English. \nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows (nice to have)\nFamiliarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD): writing specs precise enough that both humans and AI agents can implement and test against them (nice to have\nWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
