This role involves guiding the team to prospect new partners, manage key relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive the team toward achieving their objectives. The director will balance executive day-to-day tasks with long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance team environment. \nYOUR IMPACT \nLead and manage the Partner team in the countries, ensuring alignment with company objectives. \nProvide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development, while maintaining alignment with company objectives. \nLead the end-to-end sales cycle for game-changing strategic partnerships, from outreach to launch. \nResponsible for the strategy and delivery of sales targets in alignment with regional market dynamics. \nOversee strategic account management for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and profitability. \nDevelop and implement strategies to achieve OKRs, driving the team toward common goals. \nEngage in account management with strategic partners, conducting meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring alignment with their future directions. \nFacilitate communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives. \nAnalyze and interpret reports and data to inform decision-making and strategic planning. \nInfluence and secure the resources needed to implement the strategy in alignment with leadership. \nDemonstrate a strong interest in people development to successfully build a high- performing and engaged team. \nAct as part of the country leadership team, proactively nurturing the culture and engagement of the workforce alongside other vertical leaders. \nShare best practices with peers to improve the overall Wellhub ecosystem. \nLive the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. \nWHO YOU ARE \nSolid experience in commercial and new business areas. \nSolid experience in a leadership position \nStrong communication skills with the ability to influence various audiences to facilitate business proposal presentations. \nUnderstanding of how a sports or fitness business operates. \nExperience in Salesforce management. \nExperience in corporate sales. \nProactive mindset toward AI adoption, leveraging generative AI and sales intelligence tools\nStrategic vision. \nOpenness to exchanges and collaboration. \nContinuous drive for high performance and team growth. \nComfortable with a regular travel schedule across regional territories to visit partners or other offices\nMandatory fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus\nWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
