From diagnosis and medical consultation to prescription and delivery at the customer's door, we cover the full journey.\nOur mission is simple: to make healthcare more accessible, personal, and stigma-free.\nAbout the role\nYou'll run full-cycle recruitment, from the first intake conversation to a signed offer. That means partnering closely with hiring managers, building strong pipelines, and making sure every candidate experiences Wellis as fast, personal, and professional.\nYou'll also have room to improve how we hire: suggesting better intake questions, testing new outreach approaches, and using data to spot what's working. Good ideas get adopted fast here.\nYou'll report to Veronica (People & Culture Lead) and work alongside and learn from Farah, our Senior Recruiter; and Georgios (Tech Recruiting). You'll be part of the wider People & Culture team with Thijs (People & Culture Officer).\nWhat you'll do\nRun full-cycle recruitment for (example department), from intake to offer.\n\nBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers: sharpening profiles, asking the right questions, and keeping processes moving.\n\nSource proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels, rather than waiting for applications.\n\nDeliver a candidate experience that reflects who we are: fast, personal, and professional.\n\nContribute to better job ads, outreach templates, and employer branding.\n\nKeep pipelines clean and reporting up to date in our ATS, so the team always has a clear view of where hiring stands.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\n2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house at a scale-up or other fast-paced environment (agency experience is welcome too).\n\nHands-on sourcing experience and comfort reaching out to passive candidates.\n\nStrong communication skills in English and Dutch.\n\nAn organized, data-aware way of working: you're comfortable in an ATS and keep pipelines tidy.\n\nCuriosity and drive to grow, with your own ideas on how hiring could work better.\n\nBonus: experience hiring in healthcare, healthtech, or e-commerce.\n\nHow you'll grow\nYou'll learn day-to-day from an experienced Senior Recruiter and get hands-on exposure to employer branding, recruitment data, and process design.
