You will identify opportunities to improve enrollment, develop targeted campaigns, manage execution, and help clients understand what is driving results.\nThis is an individual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will use AI tools and a network of designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality work at speed.\nWhat You’ll Own\nClient Engagement Strategy\nBuild tailored strategies designed to drive more than 60% enrollment within 12 months of launch.\nIdentify engagement gaps across locations, employee populations, and benefit types.\nUse performance data to prioritize resources and continuously improve each client’s plan.\nCampaign Development and Execution\nCreate campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, manager-led communications, and onsite activations.\nWrite campaign copy and direct designers, translators, print vendors, and other contractors.\nManage campaigns from initial strategy and production through deployment and measurement.\nMaintain a baseline cadence of approximately one campaign per client each month.\nClient Reporting and Partnership\nSocialize engagement and ROI results to Total Rewards and HR leaders.\nTranslate performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.\nPartner with clients to strengthen their internal employee activation efforts and improve results.\nA Scalable Engagement Playbook\nEvaluate existing client campaigns and identify the tactics that consistently drive results.\nCodify best practices based on client profiles and employee populations.\nBuild repeatable processes that allow Wellist to scale its engagement model.\nThis role includes approximately 10-20% travel to support client activations and onsite events.\nWhat You Bring\n6+ years of experience in client engagement, growth or lifecycle marketing, program management, strategy consulting, or a related field.\nMeaningful ownership of end-user adoption, activation, or enrollment.\nExceptional writing skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable communications.\nExperience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.\nStrong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to guide decisions.\nExperience working with senior client stakeholders, including Total Rewards, benefits, and HR leaders.\nExcellent organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nComfort using AI tools to support creative development, analysis, and reporting.\nExperience in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment is strongly preferred.\nCommitment to privacy, confidentiality, and integrity.\nYou will thrive in this role if you are both a strategist and a maker: someone who can identify the problem, develop the solution, and manage the details required to bring it to life.\nMost importantly, you believe people deserve to feel supported during life’s hardest moments and understand that support only matters if people know it is available.\nWhy Work Here\nHelp build the support network we want for our loved ones.
