We invite you to explore how you might contribute to our mission.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the experiences our clients use to power their corporate wellness programs-from program configuration to reporting to surface insights that show real impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to define and then execute our product roadmap to meet market demands, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the overall success of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product discovery, product launches, and managing cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities:\nShape and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.\nDrive product discovery processes, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.\nOversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.\nPrioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.\nBreak solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to be discussed and estimated by an agile team.\nEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform ongoing improvements.\nAdvocate for user-centered design and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.\nDemonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills through product briefs, presentations, training materials and documentation.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on B2B or B2BC SaaS products.\nExperience owning data-heavy features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI or complex business logic.\nStrong ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured, executable solutions and plans.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success.\nExpertise in product discovery, including conducting market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.\nOUR TEAM:\nWellRight is based in Chicago with a remote team distributed across the country.\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
