Working with a collaborative team, you will gain valuable industry knowledge, contribute to process improvements, and play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting operational excellence and risk management across the business.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport a variety of loan servicing activities, including reviewing loan disbursement requests, processing transactions, preparing loan-related documentation, and completing routine servicing tasks.\nReview, research, and process loan servicing transactions while following established procedures and quality standards.\nRespond to customer and business partner inquiries by phone and email, providing timely support for loan servicing requests and questions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve day-to-day processes and escalate complex issues to experienced team members when appropriate.\nWork closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, and title companies to support loan servicing operations and ensure a positive customer experience.\nReceive guidance from supervisors, follow established procedures, and build knowledge of loan servicing processes and requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nBasic understanding of loan servicing processes, transactions, or customer support activities.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, process, and maintain records.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, and business partners.\nDesired Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\nJob Expectations:\nFlexibility to work across shifts based on business requirements.\nWillingness to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both in-office and remote work arrangements.\nPosting End Date:\n12 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
