This role will provide leadership for full-stack engineering teams and drive execution of AI-powered applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy, governance, and delivery objectives.\nThe Engineering Manager will oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage and develop a team of engineers delivering GenAI and full-stack solutions\nLead execution of complex technology initiatives including enterprise-wide AI programs\nOversee the design and delivery of Agentic AI systems and automation workflows\nDrive development of end-to-end full-stack solutions including UI, APIs, and cloud platforms\nPartner with architects to ensure solutions follow enterprise standards and best practices\nCollaborate with product, business, and data science teams to translate requirements into solutions\nEnsure delivery of high-quality solutions through CI/CD, testing, and observability\nManage resource allocation, project planning, and delivery timelines\nMentor and coach engineers including hiring and performance management\nEnsure solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n2+ years of Leadership experience\n2+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java, Node.js, Python)\n1+ year of experience delivering cloud-native applications (GCP, AWS, or Azure)\n1+ year of experience leading complex technology initiatives\n1 + year of experience managing engineering teams\n1+year of Microservice build out experience\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with GenAI, LLMs, or conversational AI solutions\nExperience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent architectures\nExposure to RAG, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation frameworks\nExperience in contact center technologies or enterprise automation platforms\nStrong understanding of distributed systems and API integrations\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment\nJob Expectations:\nAbility to work on-site at approved location listed\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position\nPay Range\nReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
