You will work closely with the key stakeholders in infrastructure, development, operations, and security teams to ensure our solutions are successfully deployed to our internal customers.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact\nAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines\nDesign, build, test, deploy and document business solutions leveraging the latest tools in software engineering automation\nReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions to meet their strategic technical and business objects\nProvide influence, thought leadership and mentorship on the best practices and standards of your team\nCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals\nPartner and support working relationships with other teams within the Wells Fargo organization including senior leadership\nInvest in the growth of your colleagues\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n5+ years of leveraging modern software engineering stacks including modern Java, Python and others\n3+ years of experience with developing and deploying applications and infrastructure in the cloud including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud\n1+ years of Past experience with AI SDLC and software engineering automation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Cursor or Claude Code\n3+ years of experience with architectural, system and code-level design patterns relevant to cloud solutions\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience working with cloud security management or governance tools\nAbility to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to drive strategic outcomesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
