The AuthHub platform is responsible for authentication orchestration, authentication strength evaluation, session management, auditability, and secure customer authentication across channels. The Lead engineer in AuthHub platform is expected to drive enterprise-wide solutions and collaborate across business and technology teams.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact\nAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines\nDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs\nReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors\nMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives\nCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals\nLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n4+ years of Java development and Spring Boot framework development in API integration design.\n3+ years of experience in Microservices architecture, REST API design and versioning\n3+years of MongoDB experience\n2+ years of Kafka experience\nDesired Qualifications:\nPrior experience in effectively using Agentic AI tools for SDLC\nAuthentication & Security Domain Expertise - Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and identity verification with MFA and step-up authentication patterns. Authentication strength models and risk-based authentication, session management, token lifecycle, TTL, and authorization concepts.\nReliability Engineering - SLA/SLO management, performance testing and Production support leadership with Incident management skills.\nAgile Delivery Leadership - Sprint planning and execution, Backlog refinement, Technical cost estimation, Release planning and release hardening\nCross-Functional Leadership - Business and technology collaboration, Architecture discussions with Stakeholder management\nBanking Industry Experience in Authentication and Security domain.\nLeadership Skills - Mentoring senior engineers, building Technical roadmap, Architecture governance\nOperational Excellence - Splunk, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, Dashboard development and Service health monitoring\nJob Expectations:\nThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of visa\nThis position will require onsite presence at one of the approved locations listed below\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position\nPay Range\nReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
