This position is not exclusively hands-on technical support but will act as a key assistant leader for solutioning. The lead will act as a stand-in for leadership or stakeholders to facilitate identification of issues, planning, implementation and remediation.\nThis engineer will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, translating business needs into clear requirements.The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to support enterprise integration initiatives that directly impact Advisor experiences. Success in this role requires being cognizant of introducing changes a heavily regulated client facing LOB, experience working across large enterprise platforms, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and regulatory needs.\nIn this role, you will:\nAssist overseeing Information Technology Infrastructure across multiple locations\n\nIdentify and recommend opportunities for the support and delivery of internal and external software solutions\n\nLead efforts and drive strategic conversations\n\nAssist with managing and developing solutions that are in the best interest of the WIM LOB\n\nRecommend actions that meet Enterprise deliverables while balancing expected business experience outcomes\n\nCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers\n\nLead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applications\n\nBe engaged, drive and lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for WIM Line of Business\n\nAct as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives\n\nParticipate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure\n\nEvaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives\n\nDefine and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements\n\nMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the End User Computing domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions\n\nCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems\n\nEnsure communication and information flow between business and technology teams\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education\n\n4+ years of experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives acting as a leader or co-lead\n\n4+ years of experience contributing to governance processes, execution cadence, and portfolio-level reporting in a complex enterprise environment\n\n2+ years of Application/Desktop support & troubleshooting skills with a keen focus on client experience\n\n1+ years of experience delivering successful desktop migration services\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with WIM Business groups\n\nProven ability to triage complex issues and drive resolution across multiple teams\n\nAbility to navigate ambiguity create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change\n\nAbility to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and regulated LOB\n\nAbility to create strong professional partnerships\n\nExcellent organizational skills\n\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills\n\nAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously\n\nLocations:\n1525 W.
