This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, influence the future of enterprise innovation, and help shape the platforms that accelerate business transformation.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead complex infrastructure initiatives, including designing, building, deploying, and maintaining solutions that support business applications\nEvaluate internal and external software solutions that could help achieve target-state architecture goals\nMake technical design decisions, develop implementation plans, and identify project risks and resource requirements\nServe as a technical advisor to innovation teams and project managers, translating experimentation and evaluation needs into secure, scalable lab requirements and service capabilities\nProvide guidance on lab offerings, supported platforms, technical constraints, and effective use of the lab environment\nAdminister and support Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform environments used by lab customers\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues involving operating systems, endpoint platforms, cloud services, connectivity, proxy services, identity, compatibility, and platform integrations\nAnalyze high-impact outages to strengthen processes, procedures, controls, and long-term platform reliability\nDesign, develop, test, automate, and document infrastructure solutions using Agile development practices\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, or similar tools where appropriate\nCreate and maintain knowledge articles, technical procedures, operational documentation, and service standards\nSupport risk and control activities by adhering to established policies, procedures, and operational standards\nRecommend cost-effective courses of action that support business and operational outcomes\nCollaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and achieve goals\nPartner with senior infrastructure engineers on larger-scale platform enhancements, new offerings, lifecycle work, and service improvements\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows/Linux Server platform\nDesired Qualifications:\nStrong customer-facing skills with experience serving as a technical advisor to engineering, architecture, and project teams\nExperience supporting enterprise environments across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, end-user computing, and hybrid platforms\nHands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, identity, security, and endpoint technologies\nExperience with VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, container-based technologies, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform; multi-cloud experience preferred\nExperience evaluating, integrating, and operationally supporting emerging technologies, AI/ML platforms, enterprise SaaS solutions, innovation labs, proof-of-concept programs, sandbox environments, or pre-production testing platforms\nExperience supporting enterprise networking, identity, proxy services, secure connectivity, access management, endpoint management, or infrastructure automation\nAbility to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, or similar tools\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills\nSelf-motivated team player with technical curiosity, adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for learning emerging technologies\nRelevant cloud, infrastructure, virtualization, endpoint management, or security certifications are a plus; demonstrated hands-on experience is valued most\nJob Expectations:\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled\nAbility to lift 50+ pounds\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this position\nThis position offers a hybrid work schedule\nPosting End Date:\n8 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
