This role partners closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Release Management teams to drive successful project delivery, manage risks, coordinate UAT and incident resolution activities, and ensure business objectives are met.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life-cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope and complexity\nAct as key participant in large-scale project planning and budgets for change management\nReview, analyze and initiate complex multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors\nEnsure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies\nMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics\nDemonstrate understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives\nStrategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve goals\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n Desired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree holder (4-year course) in Business or any related program.\n7+ years of project management experience with superior project management skills.\nExperience managing product and/or project delivery in an Agile environment, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence, and experience working with and coordinating Scrum teams.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or other Agile-related certifications are preferred, along with experience supporting post-implementation activities, incident management, and production support processes.\nAbility to manage in a matrixed organizational environment.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.\nStrong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities.\nExperience working on large-scale organizational change initiatives while partnering closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.\nAbility to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.\nDemonstrated leadership through high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with a strategic business mindset, vision, and process-oriented approach.\nJob Expectations:\nSupport a regular work schedule of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time.\nFollow a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite work from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday.\nObserve fixed rest days on Saturdays and Sundays.\nFollow the Philippine holiday calendar.\nDemonstrate flexibility to attend meetings during holidays or outside regular working hours, as business needs require.\nPosting End Date:\n4 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
