development, UAT, production readiness, and deployment.\nDevelop APIs, microservices, integrations, and backend services as required.\nTroubleshoot complex application, container, deployment, and to other engineers.\nTake ownership of production deployments and post-production stabilization/support.\nDrive code reviews, technical standards, and development best practices.\nSupport application the technical representative for the product during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong hands-on software engineering experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python, or comparable enterprise development technologies.\nStrong experience with OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, Docker and containerized application deployment.\nHands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.\nStrong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Harness, or equivalent.\nExperience with automated build, test, deployment, and release pipelines.\nStrong understanding of Linux, networking, application configuration, certificates, secrets, and container troubleshooting.\nExperience with databases and application integration patterns.\nExperience implementing logging, monitoring, observability, and production support capabilities.\nStrong understanding of the complete SDLC and path-to-production process.\nAbility to independently drive technical solutions from requirements through production deployment.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n4+ years of experience with infrastructure automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Ansible/Puppet/Terraform)\nDesired Qualifications:\nExposure to e-Communication Surveillance/Compliance functions\nCloud experience using Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure / AWS / GCP is a plus\nWorking knowledge of APM tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, ITRS etc.\nExperience migrating legacy/on-prem applications to OCP or cloud/container platforms.\nAbility to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations\nExperience with API gateways and enterprise integration platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud-native architecture and infrastructure-as-code concepts.\nExcellent verbal, written, and
