ensuring their ideas for team continuous improvement are communicated so that the overall process and team can improve sprint by sprint and readily receives feedback for self-improvement\nResponsible for ensuring the quality of existing and new features through both manual and automated testing and use of continuous Integration techniques\nCollaborate with business analysts to confirm understanding of business requirements relating to features to be delivered and to help business analysts define requirements that can be delivered from a technical perspective\nEducate and provide guidance to less-experienced staff\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n5+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations\n3+ years of JavaScript development experience in ServiceNow\n2+ years of API experience\n2+ years of Agile experience\nDesired Qualifications:\n2+ years educating/mentoring of less-experienced staff experience\nServiceNow certifications CSA & CAD\n1+ year of Agentic AI experience\nAdvanced oral, written and presentation communications including the ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical audiences will understand\nAdvanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities\nStrong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems\nExperience maintaining sustainable, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and product partners\nExperience within financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries.\nJob Expectations:\nThis position offers a hybrid work schedule\nMust be able to work on-site at the listed location\nLocations:\n401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg.
