In this role, you will help deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused servicing solutions while ensuring adherence to established operational controls and risk management practices\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport day-to-day Loan Servicing processes by completing moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer service activities.\nReview, research, calculate, prepare, and submit moderately complex mortgage claims accurately and within established timelines.\nResearch and respond to written and telephone inquiries from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal partners regarding loans and Loan Servicing processes.\nApply relevant information and established guidelines to make sound decisions when reviewing and filing claims.\nEnsure work complies with applicable federal and state requirements and with client and company policies, procedures, and controls.\nIdentify process or service improvement opportunities within Loan Servicing and recommend practical solutions.\nReceive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors and escalate non-routine or complex matters to more experienced team members.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1+ year of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nExperience in mortgage servicing processes, loan documentation, and servicing transactions\nDesired Qualifications:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nPosting End Date:\n15 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
