In this role, you will support key securities operations activities, including client onboarding and account maintenance, to help deliver efficient, accurate, and customer-focused services. This is an opportunity to build your financial services expertise, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to operational excellence while supporting the firm's strong risk and control environment.\nIn this role, you will:\n\nParticipate in low-complexity securities operations activities across the trade lifecycle, following established procedures and controls\nReview routine operational issues, policies, and procedures for which solutions can be identified using standard practices\nDevelop knowledge of securities operations functions, policies, and procedures while completing assigned work with guidance from managers or experienced colleagues\nSupport operational processes such as client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding, custodial operations, securities settlements, structured loan operations, and general ledger reconciliation\nGather information and perform basic research and analysis to support the resolution of operational issues\nMonitor daily securities and cash-related activities and help ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time\nAssist in resolving low-complexity escalated issues within your area of responsibility, escalating matters when additional guidance is required\nReview time-sensitive documents and transaction requests, identify routine business risks, and support customer service and control requirements\nCollaborate with peers, managers, business partners, and internal or external customers to exchange information, resolve routine issues, and support team goals\nSupport projects, process improvements, and the implementation of new or revised securities operations procedures\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n6+ months of experience supporting client onboarding, including account setup, documentation review, and client account maintenance activities\n6+ months of experience in account maintenance, including processing account updates, validating information, and ensuring compliance with established procedures\nDesired Qualifications:\n\nCertification with automation and workflow tools such as Alteryx or Xceptor, including the ability to support operational efficiency, data validation, and process improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and their application in data analysis, process automation, documentation, and operational support activities.\nJob Expectations:\n\nAbility to work in a hybrid work environment.\nFlexibility to work either the 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST shift or the 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST shift based on business needs.\nPosting End Date:\n8 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
