years of experience in Operations, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related domain within the financial services industry.\nProven people leadership experience managing teams of 15-20 employees for a minimum of 2 years.\nAbility to support global operations with flexibility to work in US business hours (approximately 4:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST).\nStrong expertise in process automation, workflow optimization, and development of solutions using automation tools.\nHands-on experience in SharePoint site creation, administration, and process management.\nAdvanced knowledge of Big Data, Data Mining, Data Analysis, and Reporting methodologies.\nExperience supporting and partnering with multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and cross-functional teams.\nMinimum 4+ years of experience managing and collaborating with US-based stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to drive business outcomes in a matrix environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExposure to Business Intelligence and Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes across multiple business functions and
