You’ll be part of an environment focused on operational excellence and delivering consistent, effective services\nIn this role, you will:\nProcess routine securities transactions and support operational activities across the trade lifecycle\nSupport cash movements, funding, account servicing, securities settlement, and reconciliation activities\nResearch and resolve routine operational issues, exceptions, and inquiries using established procedures\nComplete daily production activities accurately and within established timelines\nFollow established policies, procedures, controls, and risk management requirements\nReview transaction and account information, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues when appropriate\nCollaborate with internal partners to provide consistent operational support and service\nIdentify and communicate opportunities to improve routine processes and operational efficiency\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n6+ years of experience working with reference data within financial services or securities operations\n6+ years of experience working with pricing data within financial services or securities operations\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience researching and resolving operational exceptions, breaks, or data discrepancies\nFamiliarity with operational risk, controls, and regulatory requirements within financial services\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with internal partners in a deadline-driven operational environment\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred\nJob Expectations:\nAbility to work a 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift\nPosting End Date:\n22 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
