In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence, risk management, and a seamless client experience while working with business partners across the organization\nIn this role, you will:\nPerform routine securities operations activities and support the timely and accurate processing of transactions.\nFollow established procedures, policies, and controls to complete operational tasks and address routine issues.\nReceive guidance from managers and experienced team members while developing knowledge of securities operations processes and the trade lifecycle.\nCollaborate with peers, business partners, and customers to share information, resolve routine inquiries, and support team objectives.\nLearn and build foundational knowledge of operational functions, including client account onboarding, cash payments, funding operations, custodial services, securities settlement, customer service, and general ledger reconciliation.\nGather and review information to support issue resolution and day-to-day operational activities.\nEscalate issues, risks, or exceptions as appropriate and assist in resolving low-complexity operational concerns.\nReview time-sensitive documents and transaction requests for completeness and accuracy in accordance with established requirements.\nSupport daily securities and cash-related production activities to help meet service, quality, and control standards.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives, projects, and implementation activities that support operational effectiveness.\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education\nAbility to follow established policies, procedures, and controls while meeting quality and service standards\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.\nPosting End Date:\n23 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
