This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python, and the ability to communicate complex findings to business partners.\nIn this role, you will:\nConsult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors\nPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs\nDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements\nLead or participate on large cross group projects\nMentor less experienced staff\nCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals\nLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area\nRequired Qualifications:\n4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nExperience using SAS and Python for data analysis, reporting, automation, and analytics solutions\n Desired Qualifications:\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\n\nExtensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis\n\nStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy\n\nDemonstrated expertise with analytic tools such as SAS EG, PC SAS, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Viya, SQL and effectively obtain and merge data, perform analytics, and automate reporting from various sources is a plus.\n\nAbility to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts\n\nKnowledge of Consumer-facing business processes, products, data and systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive projects forward in a complex, resource-constrained environment with conflicting needs across stakeholders.\n\nEffective leadership ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans; ability to plan, prioritize and set goals.
