this role:\nWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst.\nIn this role, you will:\nProvide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards\nPerform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management\nProvide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security\nIdentify and direct information asset portfolio reconciliations and certifications\nProvide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure\nDevelop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards\nReview draft and proposed control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required\nConduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders\nEvaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them\nCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals\nInteract with internal customers\nServe as a mentor to less experienced staff\nRequired Qualifications:\n4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nDesired Qualifications:\n4+ years of experience in information security, Identity and Access Management, data analytics, workflow automation, or a combination of these areas.\nThree or more years of experience supporting IAM processes such as provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews and certifications, authentication, authorization, entitlement management, or identity lifecycle management.\nHands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models, visualizations, operational metrics, and executive-ready reporting.\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and analysis.\nExperience analyzing data from multiple sources, identifying trends and anomalies, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.\nExperience translating business and operational requirements into reporting specifications, business rules, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nUnderstanding of data quality, reconciliation, exception management, testing, and production-support practices.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex IAM, security, risk, and data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage assigned deliverables while collaborating across multiple teams.\nHands-on experience developing Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, reconciliation, reporting, or process automation.\nExperience using Python for data processing, analytics, automation, validation, or exception handling.\nExperience supporting IAM controls, risk assessments, audits, issue remediation, or evidence collection.\nExperience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nExperience establishing reporting standards, metric definitions, data dictionaries, and data-quality controls.\nExperience with source control, peer review, release management, and production monitoring for analytics or automation solutions.\nExperience presenting operational, risk, control, or data insights to senior leadership.\nKnowledge of cloud identity platforms, identity governance solutions, privileged access management, or access-management technologies.\nJob Expectations:\nAbility to independently manage assigned analytics, reporting, automation, and process
