Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.\n\nReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.\n\nResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.\n\nCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.\n\nLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.\n\nWork in the agile teams and contribute towards self-organized, self-sustained teams.\n\nDesign, Build and test the requirements on Service now.\n\nThis role requires close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals.\n\n4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development\n\nProficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and REST/SOAP integrations.\n\nDeep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including tables, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideForm, etc.).\n\nExperience in building and managing ServiceNow reports and dashboards.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certification.\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist.\n\nExperience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Virtual Agent Designer and building conversational interfaces.\n\nPerform the unit testing activities; unit & integration. Develop automation scripts where possible. Coordinate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing\n\nUse the OOTB functionalities of ServiceNow with minimum/zero customizations\n\nImplement, configure and maintain and improved platform functionality\n\nAnalyze and transform business and user requirements into actionable specifications\n\nConsult and advise cross-functional teams on existing and forthcoming solutions\n\nTeam player with excellent coordination across the distributed teams.\n\nJob Expectations:\nSound knowledge of CMDB with atleast 4+ years of experience and capability in implementing, maintaining and building upon ServiceNow platform technologies, workflows and integrations\n\nExperience using scripting languages such as Javascript, Glide, Jelly etc., and use of Business Rule, UI Policies, Data Policies etc.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow ATF.
