Explore opportunities with us for a career in a supportive environment where you can learn and grow.\nIn this role, you will:\nParticipate in and support implementation of business solutions\nDetermine the impact of changes made to existing hardware, software, and schedules\nReview tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained\nPerform daily validations of application by performing critical functional checks to ensure that its stable for business users\nMonitor all the scheduled batch jobs and work on fixing in case of failures\nAudit complex critical systems delivery for business processes\nDetermine the impact of new products and tools implementation across the business and mitigates potential issues\nReduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery\nPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situations\nProvide technology information managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ months of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nDesired Qualifications:\n6+ months of total work experience, with strong understanding of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking concepts\nKnowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and ticket management.\nExperience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.\nUnderstanding of CCaaS/Omnichannel support platforms is an added advantage.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n Job Expectations:\nCandidate must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City\nWilling to work fully onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig \nAmenable to work on a night shift schedule (initial schedule will be 7:00 PM Manila time).\nAmenable to transition to a shifting schedule as the team grows and supports a 24/7 operation\nPosting End Date:\n30 Nov 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
