This includes providing technical leadership for AI-assisted incident triage, root cause analysis, workflow automation, proactive remediation, and self-healing capabilities to improve operational efficiency and the end-user experience.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business\nDevelop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions\nContribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements\nDrive solutions to reduce recovery\nReview and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations\nDesign, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices\nDesign complex system upgrades\nResolve troublesome trends as they develop\nDevelop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring\nDirect the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success\nCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals\nRequired Qualifications:\n4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n2+ years of experience developing software, automation, or data processing solutions using Python\n2+ years of experience with observability and monitoring technologies such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, or similar tools\nDesired Qualifications:\nPrior experience with Wells Fargo technology systems\nStrong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices, including observability, service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, incident management, problem management, and operational resilience\nExperience developing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions\nKnowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI-assisted workflows, and API-based AI integrations\nExperience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code platforms\nExperience using operational telemetry and data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for proactive remediation\nExperience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, or similar technologies\nExperience with containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code practices\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills\nJob Expectations:\nMust be able to work onsite at one of the posted locations\nSponsorship is not available for this role\nPay Range\nReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
