Candidates located within 50 miles of WellSky’s headquarters in Overland Park, KS will join our WHQ community and participate in our in-office collaboration experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with project teams to complete implementation tasks, including gathering requirements, analyzing clinical workflows, and identification of workflow challenges.\nEngage with providers to review requests and offer recommendations based on proficient knowledge of clinical workflows that will ultimately enhance patient care, treatment plans, and health outcomes.\nProvide hands-on training to designated clients while guiding them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency in utilization.\nUse industry compliance knowledge and follow established practices and guidelines to ensure the implementation of clinical solutions complies with regulations and standards.\nReview a variety of factors for solution configurations, understand solution functionalities, and troubleshoot technical issues to offer consultation and support.\nPerform other job duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nAt least 2-4 years relevant work experience in a blood bank setting\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProven experience implementing FDA 510(k)-cleared software solutions in clinical settings\nDemonstrated ability to design workflows, develop staff training programs, and author standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nIn-depth knowledge of blood and cellular therapy regulations and compliance standards\nExperience with WellSky Transfusion, WellSky Blood Centers and/or WellSky Biotherapies solutions\nKnowledge of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, or audit readiness processes within blood management, laboratory, or healthcare settings\nundefined\nJob Expectations:\nWilling to travel up to 50% based on business needs\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
