The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with project managers to plan and execute solution implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives.\nLead requirements gathering sessions, provide analysis of current solution workflows and designs, and validate implementation tasks address gaps.\nUse valuable insights on business workflows to provide recommendations to client executive teams for leveraging the solution capabilities based on their objectives and challenges to create efficiencies.\nServe as an advisor to clients by offering advanced consultation on solution configuration and leveraging sophisticated features that optimize user experience.\nDeliver advanced training sessions for designated clients on intricate solution functionalities and tailor the approach to accommodate diverse user needs thus maximizing the solution's usability.\nResolve most solution configuration issues and mentor junior consultants by supporting escalations and training new hires.\nPerform other job duties assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nAt least 4-6 years relevant work experience\nExperience in home health or hospice clinical operations and/or healthcare software implementation or consulting\nWillingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools and solutions\nPreferred Qualifications:\nClinical education or credentials, such as RN, BSN, or NP\nExperience serving in a client-facing leadership role within home health, hospice, healthcare consulting, or software implementation\nExperience with healthcare billing processes and/or revenue cycle management\nJob Expectations:\nWilling to travel up to 50% based on business needs\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
