We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform ongoing configuration, maintenance, and operational support for assigned Workday modules. \nGather requirements from leadership and HR process owners to optimize system and business process functionality, and maintain up-to-date documentation. \nIdentify, analyze, and resolve data and system issues of intermediate complexity. \nPrepare ad hoc and custom Workday reporting. \nExecute routine testing, auditing, and quality assurance. \nIdentify process improvement opportunities and research possible solutions to drive improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and usability. \nProvide day-to-day teammate support to troubleshoot or resolve issues, and create appropriate training materials and user guides. \nPerform other job duties as assigned. \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience \nAt least 2-4 years of relevant work experience \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Workday modules including Learning, Onboarding, Integrations, Security and related areas. \nExpertise in Workday system configuration and custom reporting. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders. \nAbility to remain flexible and responsive in a dynamic environment. \nJob Expectations:\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed \nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information \nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time \nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
