The scope of this job includes ensuring satisfaction of contractual obligations, as well as achievement of targets related to revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day execution of consultants’ client projects by ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and delivered in alignment with leadership’s strategic direction.\nMonitor and manage team utilization to ensure optimal productivity across projects.\nForecast revenue and utilization and partner with leadership to determine capacity planning and resource alignment that will best address project needs.\nAssume the role of project sponsor and maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and surface solution-deployment escalations in order to develop and recommend resolutions for leadership review.\nContribute ideas to enhance project delivery while also driving leadership-directed process changes to improve implementation outcomes.\nBuild an effective team by cultivating culture, being a positive advocate for change, and coaching or training on consultant best practices.\nProactively identify, evaluate, and continuously improve Professional Services processes to increase delivery efficiency, consistency, scalability, and client satisfaction; partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and leadership-driven improvements.\nPartner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support the sales cycle, including contributing to the development, review, and refinement of Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure accurate scope, resourcing, timelines, and financial alignment prior to client engagements.\nPerform other job duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nAt least 4-6 years relevant work experience\nAt least 0-1 years relevant management work experience\nAt least 5 years experience in healthcare, healthcare IT\nPreferred Qualification:\nWellSky solution experience\nManagement Consulting / IT Consulting work experience.\nExcellent executive presence with the ability to build relationships with client leadership, directors, managers, and IT stakeholders.\nExperience leveraging AI (artificial intelligence) and automation tools to improve implementation workflows, optimize resource allocation, enhance training delivery, and drive process efficiencies across consulting operations.\nStrong change management capabilities, with the ability to coach consultants and guide clients through operational transitions.\nStrong financial and operational acumen, including forecasting, utilization management, margin awareness, and consulting services performance metrics.\nExperience with healthcare revenue cycle and back-office financial operations, including payer billing, claims submission and clearinghouse processes, payment workflows, and general ledger/accounts payable functions.\nJob Expectations:\nWilling to travel up to 30% based on business needs\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
