The scope of this job includes collaboration with sales, solution development, and implementation teams to understand client requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate the value of WellSky solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with project managers to recommend, plan, and execute development implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives and develop recommendations for mitigating project risks.\nFaciliate discovery sessions to gather and write requirements and assess feasibility of the custom solution. \nArchitect custom solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance by leveraging expertise in development tools and technical modalities.\nPerform debugging and root cause analysis for custom solution issues, including documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.\nDemonstrate expert knowledge in at least one solution application by utilizing multiple functionalities, tools, and modalities for effective customization.\nCommunicate effectively with clients regarding the feasibility of requests by providing tailored explanations and ensuring scope adherence.\nPerform other job duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nAt least 4-6 years relevant work experience\nStrong experience configuring, implementing, and supporting HL7 interfaces using integration protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP and APIs\nProficiency with SQL and relational database concepts\nExperience architecting custom interfaces or integrations based on technical and vendor specifications\nHealthcare IT experience, preferably supporting healthcare integrations, interoperability, or clinical data exchange\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and related file-transfer processes\nExposure to or experience with IBM RPG\nJob Expectations:\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
